Our Story
It all began in 2015 when 2 friends, Tracy Simmons and Craig Gillam, started doing BBQ competitions. People started taking notice when they started winning.
Then around 2017 someone asked if they would do some pulled pork for a family reunion. Next a friend asked if they could do their daughters wedding with a full menu. So they brought in Tracy's wife Teresa. 3 or 4 weddings later we decided we were in the catering business!
Fast forward to today, We are a full service catering business. We are known for our outstanding Pulled Pork and Brisket, but we can cater whatever you have your heart set on.
Sadly we lost our partner Craig in 2022, but we continue on with his spirit right there with us.
